| sr |
dc.description.abstract | This paper discusses the basic principles of theological anthropology of St. Paul in regard to the meaning of theological and anthropological concepts of 'καινός άνθρωπος" and "ό έσχατος Άδάμ". The first term "καινός άνθρωπος" (new man) does not just consider something "new" compared to previous "old", but above all, it represents something "final", something that belongs to the final moment of development and perfecting. In other words, the term "καινός" seems to have all the time an eschatological connotation. The term "καινός άνθρωπος" certainly has a deeper and more comprehensive meaning in terms of a new, complete, finished, completed, final, perfect and eschatological man. The second term, "ό έσχατος Άδάμ", represents the Last, the Eschatological and Second Adam that is the Lord from heaven, the Lord Jesus Christ Himself - New and Perfect Man. The both terms in the anthropology of St. Paul have primarily christological - eschatological character. | en |
