Нека канонско-пастирска питања у радовима архимандрита др Филарета Гранића

Abstract

У овом раду ћемо се бавити историјско-канонском анализом оних радова покојног академика и професора Православног богословског факултета у Београду архимандрита др Филарета Гранића (+1948) који обрађују питања из канонско-пастирске праксе. Долази се до закључка да ова група Гранићевих радова потврђује његову широку ерудицију и научну компетентност, иако им на појединим местима, стиче се утисак, недостаје теолошке истанчаности.

In this paper, we will conduct a historical-canonical analysis of certain works of the late scholar and professor of Canon Law on the Orthodox Theological Faculty in Belgrade, archimandrite Filaret Granić (+1948). More specifically, we will analyse Granić’s papers in which he examined canonical-practical issues: such as practical problems related to the convening of the Pan-Orthodox Council, the social activities of the Church, the financing of clergy, and the Church’s attitude towards the phenomenon of kidnapping. It is concluded that this group of Granić’s works confirms his broad erudition and scientific competence, although in some places they lack theological sophistication. His reflections on theological topics are, mainly, supported by relevant historical and legal sources, as well as contemporary scholars. Extensive erudition enabled Filaret Granić to deal with a wide range of topics equally competently from scientific point of view.
